Why S1 first
Without clear structure for understanding and collapse under incomplete information, moral and training stacks float. S1 supplies primitives; decision laws make collapse testable.
What we will publish next
Pattern cards, collapse protocols, and evals that fail honestly. Instruments appear only when a law needs a tool.
Limitations
Spine choice is strategic, not yet backed by a public experiment series. That series is the next obligation.
